So, what are you offering? Shade structure and yarn? Lessons? Are you going to try and get it in the WWW?
In 06 I sorta on a whim put in a stitch and bitch event in the what where when and people showed up.
Oh you could "yarn bomb" some street signs! That'd be cool!

Good luck with it. And remember there's going to be a sort of hibernation for a few months; if you're not getting any action/movement on plans with other people, it might just be too early.

If you ask one of the mods, you can have the threads combined or one of them erased. If you enable bbcode you can get the bold and italics working.

Project idea: Knit the man a scarf. Decide on a width have people knit to it, get them sewn together and present them to the man on Friday. If you have someone who can work it right, it would be hysterical.
