The buy tickets button should show up at the bottom of the tickets page.

You don't need paypal if you have a major credit card. I don't know of any reason you would need it unless you were worried about your credit card numbers being hijacked out of the site. I am unaware of any such problem here.
It is not possible to "get in line" early. The ticket order button is the way you get in line and it is not displayed/available until 10:00. If anyone really was able to get in line a few minutes early, it was a miracle. The secret is to be refreshing your browser at 10 on the tickets page at the bottom of the page where the button will appear.
Even if you are diligent, there are so many people across the world doing the same thing that it is not a sure thing to get first tier tickets. Even if it costs a bit more, we'll be glad to see you there!
