classes will be vinyasa-kundalini. meditative hatha yoga to awaken the spine and chakras.

We're already booked for our Kundalini Yoga every morning .. but please check out our camp. We're also primarily from SF - and we're focusing on Kundalini Yoga as our main yoga arm.
