Wow. If we'd thought of it this year we could have had Terminal City evolving into space. Mr. Jellyfish would have had some sort of field day. Galileo, too.

Virgin here but with nice boobs :) I am 51, married and my husband and friends dont want to go to BM 2010. I want to go by myself but a bit nervous. How would it be for me to go alone? I would like to meet up with people or a camp or possibly volunteer. How do you join your boobie camp and exactly waht is it pls? Thx!!!!!! I am a wine distributor by day and a photographer on the side, not into drugs or having sex at Bm, just some fun and meeting good people

People are invited to join the camp by private message if they comport themselves on the board in such a way that the powers that be think they would be a good fit. Right now the discussion is about how full the camp is, not about recruitement. However, other camps also are on the boards, including "Camp Stag." Staggers don't run anything but a camp, but they run it well (apparently, I have not conducted an inspection) and their major criterion is that you ask to join by the deadline. At any rate there are many camps, and I'd suggest that you have over ten months to meet people and find a good fit, and you don't have to rush it.

Now, if I were going to be real snarky, I'd mention something about the fact that we are helpless with wine anyway, and always end up making some vinegar out there because we just don't have the climate control or the wine-drinking clientele to do the grape justice. Because you are a nervous newby that would just be unbecoming on my part.

Ya what Cryptofishist says.....

We have such a horrible time with gifted wine, to the point we have now completely axed it off our "alcohol list".

Its way too hot out there to climate control it...vinegar, hell It doesnt even taste that good!

And yes....at this point the Booby Bar is full up...Now that often changes so keep your ears out in 8-10 months...for what ever reasons
(this yr was financial for lots of reg.Boobarians)

I do want newbs...and oldies for that matter to know, that we Booby bar, keep a beat here on Eplaya all yr long....And that is how we gage "getting to know you" for possibilities of camp recruitment.

Its how we all met in the first place!!!

So as with tradition and with new idea's...we still do it that way.

I dont wanna babysit your ass out there! Not only are you responsible to the idea of taking care of yourself...COMPLETELY! But we are a Theme camp....there is a big difference to camping in a theme camp and Nomadic Camping.

Theme camps require you to work.... work your fucking ass off! I might add! There's a per head tax...there is a kitchen your responsible to in some fashion, there is Booze to be bought and brought by each camp member. There are shifts you are required to work. There are responsibilities.

If that doesnt sound good, then nomadic camping might be more of a choice for you....Theme camps are not a easy way in, to have everything "PROVIDED" for you.
