Song from 2010 help!

I know this is a stretch, but I've got my fingers crossed maybe someone can help!

2010 was my first year and I have a distinct memory of riding by a major sound camp on the Esplanade. It was playing a techno song that sampled Snoop Dogg's "west coast" line: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTVJTt-Gfx8#t=3m28s from California Gurls by Katy Perry. It was sick, the DJ would bust out the sample right at the pinnacle of building up the song.

I would LOVE to track down that song, set, or find out who DJed it. I haven't been successful searching on my own and was wondering if anyone might have a guess or any suggestions as to where else I can look/ask?
