The Black Rock Beacon is proud to announce its sixth year serving the Playa with tasty porcions of news, views, and bacon-related tidbits. We’ll be returning to the haunts of our ancestors at Center Camp, where we will produce five issues of Black Rock City’s hometown newspaper for the delectation of the citizens of Metroplis.

We’re looking for a few good volunteers to round out our staff: if you write, edit, do (computer) layout, take pictures, want to deliver the paper and get enormous schwag opportunities or help us run the machinery that makes it all possible, please let us know by email before the event or by dropping by for our 10:30 a.m. meetings on the Playa in our conveniently located digs at 6:30 & Center Camp.
