Lets say I'm lucky, super lucky, and my installation gets partially funded.

When are you awarded the money? The info says its in installments. Anybody out there get a big chunk of change before. OR anyone have any brilliant ideas of where else to ask for money. In total the whole installation including travel should cost no more that $7,000 including incidentals.

Thoughts? Brilliant philosophies? Ideas?

Get creative! don't count on money, throw a fundraiser. get a gov't grant. ummm. don't just hope and wait. You probably won't get all of the money you are looking for from bmorg.
