so larger villages have rules/constitutions/elections?

just wondering if some of the larger villages that have been in exisitance over the years have found a need to be more organized with the various camps that may be under your umbrella? do you have constitutions, rules for membership? for expulsion? votes among members? how are you organized? or do you just float year to year?

In Our Camp, it's a strict hierarchy based on Nepotism and Brutal Violence, and all advancements are made via a steel cage death match between the two potential candidates.
