From the snark above the person quite obviously received training at BRCPO. (I can smell 'em) (we gifted post cards, some were photo post cards, to people for a few years and as part of that effort we met the Post Master and some of the people who work there.)

I love looking at my refrigerator and seeing the post card we mailed ourselves from Black Rock City last year. A post office that exists for only 1 week, who says the govt can't evolve.
