You tool! They take out all the nutrician by removing the bran and whatever else doesn't go with white flour and then they put the bran back in and act like it's important. It's unnatural, is what it is!

viking rituals would be excellent .... what about a camp with gobs of excellent boffer weapons, free-for-all viking wars, rituals, and various other viking behavior ... like drinking and singing about spam ... ?

A ray of hope, my best friend borrowed most of my barbarian gear for an outing with some of her friends last weekend. She basically built a Barbarian Camp in Yosemite. I'm keeping that one! I wanted to drag her barbarian butt to Burning Man this year, but other things got in the way.
