Driving permit to install art on Playa?

We have an art installation for the Playa that we are going to register at the Artery when we arrive. We will need to drive the components out to the playa to install. Do we get the driving permit at the Artery when we register the piece, or if not, can some one advise on how we get the permit to drive the piece out?

That's my understanding of how it works.

They gave us a driving pass when we checked in, after they drove me out to the site in a golfcart to show me the marker. They had to move up me a few yards, someone else had placed a piece in the wrong place! We ended up not using the pass, MyLarry hauled everything out on the deck of the four-wheeled bike.
