I do not recall seeing an AT-AT. There has been a landcrawler and landspeeder several times (one year there was a landspeeder race)

There was one a few years ago, but it's legs got all tangled up in some guy-wire.
It fell over on it's right side....and then it exploded. 8)

In 1998, my friend saw a Stormtrooper being stopped by a county sherriff, to check if his Blaster was real or not..
You gonna try and build one? That would be fucking awesome! A fortune on hydraulics though..
