Just starting a topic to ask what happened to theme camps that were registered but didn't seem to materialize.

For example:

What happened to Vertical Camp?

There seemed to be a lot of things missing this year such as the Cubatron, Dance Dance Immolation, etc.

Boycotting the theme or thoroughly jaded? Only time will tell.

Dance Dance Immolation took a break this year. I expect they will be back next year, but too early to tell.

The Cubatron crew had a description for a project for 2008 called the Cubatron UV, but the description was so outlandish and rather contradictory that I think it was a lark and they were not intending to come this year. Something like an array of a million UV LED clusters, that it would be impossible to see at night yet quite dangerous to look at directly, etc.

Did anyone check out the cylinder with all the LEDs inside it? That was pretty cool but only one person at a time could truly enjoy it.
