i'm a virgin burner this year, and i was contemplating joining a theme camp. this is a recent development, since the friend i was planning on camping with is unable to go.

Camp Ellipsis is the 2008 Burning Man collective camp comprised of many people and organizations. DJ's, promoters, sound engineers, mc's, fire dancers, artists and people who value the ability of teamwork and the reward which comes with it. We our looking to add a few more members if anyone is intrested. We have a few more early in passes for anyone willing to help or provide some sort of contribution. We our running a 22,000 watt generator that burns 20 gals per 8 hrs so we could use all the help we can get on gas. The camp is going to be amazing so if any of you our into good loud music, and some cool laid back people then Ellipsis is your place. We will also have another camp away from the sound. Hello Reality,

Before you get to the Playa you might want to inspect your genny. My 70K genny running at 60% (42,000 Watts) consumes 35 gallons of fuel in a 24 hour period. My 125K burned 60 gallons last year running at 80%.
