The inevitable side effect of free speech is pornography, and speech that not everyone wants to hear. Thats the price for freedom.

So rather than crap on someones right to expression - I would simply change the channel or stop reading or stop listening when it becomes offensive - all are your right at any time.

But, then again - thats your right as well. I personally wasn't offended enough to stop reading and had I been I would have stopped reading and not posted at all

Hadn't thought of that but maybe it's true. Maybe only in America? In the few places that really encourage 'free speech', I haven't had the urge to speak about pornography, but then, I'm just me and am sure I have some sort of religious guilt thing I haven't quite broken free from (but BM is helping). But this sounds like a great topic for a new thread...

On a related topic though, I'm still brainstorming about how a possible speed dating thing might work out there... Peace!!
