Who's that artist?

I was in center camp one night and I heard this guy performing on stage. He was white, slim, tall-ish, wearing some kind of doctor-like outfit. He was rapping and making fun of the audience.

I wish I could offer more detail but I wasn't uh... entirely clear headed.

All I remember is that he was awesome and I'd really appreciate any info I could get about who he might have been.
